*Bring Your Own Mat(s)–floor is concrete, not wood

A practice and exploration of mindfulness, breath and movement with the purpose of increasing awareness, strength, balance and flexibility of mind, body and spirit.

Co-sponsored by the Friends, San Francisco Parks Alliance, and the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department.

We are grateful to our original yoga teacher Daniel Gorelick for bringing yoga to the Conservatory... Daniel is a yoga friend of Rosa. Daniel is a California native, who in the course of traveling has realized this whole planet is his/our home. Among the countless blessings for which he is most grateful are all of the beautiful, loving and supportive people in his life (family and friends); a rich and enlightening education from UC Berkeley; and a fulfilling career in corporate finance. A few of his most keen interests are listening to and sharing the music that moves him with others, lawn bowling, practicing and teaching yoga, studying vedanta, and exploring the limitless ways that we can love, give and serve one another.
